We have a field "Hiring manager" in Oracle where the output is either Y or N. The source is Oracle and destination is AD. We are using an Exchange Custom Attribute (tried testing with extensionAttribute6, 7, 14) but the value doesnt update. It runs the first time around but if there is a change it won't change the value when the job runs again. Anyone ever experience this issue?
