Exchange enabled contact records with DTM

    I can create contact records with DTM, but am having problems setting the proper fields to make the records visible from exchange. These fields include:

    mailNickname

    MAPIrecipient

    LegacyExchangeDN

     

    Has anyone ever created exchange enabled contact records from DTM?

    What version of Exchange are you using?  You should be populating mailnickname and LegacyExchangeDN from your DTM job.

    For a mailenabled contact you need TargetAddress and mailnickname.  The targetAddress is the SMTP address: SMTP:email@domain.com
