    I get the following error when clicking on "click here to approve or deny the request" from within the Update Change Request email.

    Currently running WebDir 4.0

    Fatal Log On Error
    A fatal log on error has occured. WebDir cannot continue.

    Error: [0] in page [default.asp::oWDEngine.Logon]
    Source: mscorlib
    Description: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

    Action:

    Help!

    What build of WebDir are you running?  This looks like the memory leak issue that happens on Windows 2003 Standard Edition and was resolved in SR1 and SR2 (build 1250) is currently available.

    Many thanks for your response. 

    I applied the hotfix and this appears to have fixed the error.
