Contacts are not considered mail-enabled in Active Directory when created using WebDir

| Symptom |
| Active Directory with Exchange will not display the appropriate tabs for a mail-enabled contact when it is created using WebDir. |
| Cause |
| When the contact is created using WebDir the isAttached flag is not being set to True in order for the MailEnabledContact class to add other attributes like mailNickname and targetAddress. |
| Resolution |
| This issue will be resolved in WebDir 4.0 Service Release 1. Imanami has confirmed this to be an issue with the product referenced above. |
