SUMMARY
Using the DisablePST setting in the [OProfile] section of the OProfile.ini, you can disable PST access and Auto Archive support in Outlook. However, you cannot re-enable the support by simply setting the DisablePST setting to false.
MORE INFORMATION
OProfile creates the following registry setting to disable PST's (note the version number in bold is determined by the version of Outlook installed on the client machine:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook DisablePST
Delete the above registry value (not the whole key) to reset the client.
