PRB: DTM will abruptly shutdown when editing the 'MostRecentJobCount' in the registry

SYMPTOM

Changing the value of the 'MostRecentJobCount' key in the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Imanami\DTM\version3.0\Console\UserConfig, may cause DTM to abruptly shutdown when launching the console.

CAUSE

DTM 3.0 does not support editing registry keys directly. In this case, the accepted minimum value is 5.  The supported way to change this setting is through the Jobs > Chart option located in DTM’s menu bar under Tools > Options.

RESOLUTION

This behavior is not supported.
