'Index out of Range' error while creating Self-Service portal in IIS 7

    Hi,

I am creating a Self-Service portal on GroupID installed on a Windows Server 2008 machine in a test environment.

The version of IIS is 7.0.

Whenever I try to create a Self-Service portal, I get the following error:

'Index was out of range.  Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection

    Parameter name: index'

the portal does not get created after this error.

Is GroupID supported on IIS 7?

IIs 7 is fully supported by GroupID.

It looks like you are missing some components in IIS 7.

Since this is your test environment, can you try installing all unchecked features of IIS 7 in Server Manager?

I installed all features of IIS 7 and now I can create Self-Service portals.
