    Ignored (no action)

    Hi

When I run a job, the details screen shows the 'Ignored (no action)' number increasing.

Is it possible to review these records via a report, in the same way the errors are reported?

    Re: Ignored (no action)

    Hello CarpMan,

Are you running the job in "Preview" mode or is it a live job run?  If running in "Preview" mode will not capture the actual results of the job run in a reviewable log or report file.  If you are running the job "Live" (Live meaning it is actually writing to the destination directory), then you can locate the log and report file of the job run in the following directory: c:\documents and settings\All Users\Application Data\Imanami\DTM3\Jobs\<JobNameFolder>\.  Look for the name of the job followed by the following two extensions: <jobName>.dtmreport and <jobName>.dtmlog.

Please post back with questions you may have about the information provided above.  Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Re: Ignored (no action)

BTW: You can turn up the logging level to "Verbose" in the Tools->Options->Logging->Level menu.  This will provide you with a detailed explanation for the Ignored (no action) result in the .dtmreport and .dtmlog files.  Since this is a global setting, please remember to change this setting back to "Normal" when you are finished testing.  The Verbose setting will cause a slow down in performance because of the amount of logging that being written to the report files.
