Hiding new contacts from Exchange address lists.

    Hello,

I have a job that I created that creates new mail enabled contacts in Active Directory from an excel sheet.  I would like these new contacts to be hidden from the exchange address lists.  I have added the Hide from Address Book field to my job, but I am not sure what information should be listed in this field.  Any assistance you can provide would be greatly apprecited.

    Thanks,

    Jerry

    Hello Jerry,

On the field mapping page of the DTM job you will see a "Transform" column.  Click on the (...) button across from the Hide From Address List field.  Select "Static - assign a static value" from the dropdown menu.  Type "True" in the Static text field. (no quotes).  Click on the OK button to close the transform dialog box.  Then continue configuring the DTM job.

If you have questions about the information provided above, please let me know.  Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
