Exchange serveur 2003 SP2 and Windows server 2003 SP1

Our users have more than one email addresses. There is a Primary Address like firstname.lastname@company.com, this address is correctly displayed in the "Email" field. There are also few addresses more : firstname.lastname@sunsidiary.company.com , a LOTUS NOTES address, an X400 Address and an X500 Address. These addresses are in the ProxyAddresses field of the Active Directory and, I thought, would be displayed in the "Addresses" field of Webdir...but not, the fiel is empty ! the field "Addresses" of webdir display the content of the field "Other-MailBox" of AD, so I changed it to display "proxy-addresses" field. But it display only the Primary Adress firstname.lastname@company.com again.

 So, how to display (and also edit) all other email adresses a user could have ?

Hi Fred -  This is a known issue in WebDir that will be resolved in the SR1 release, scheduled for early 2007.

 Yes, WebDir 4.0 SR1 or 2 resolved this issue.  I can see all my proxy addresses in WebDir.  I cannot modify them though.

- How to get SR2 ?

- How to install SR2 without rebuild every virtual server and design customization

- SR2 update our version ? any impact ?

To receive the upgrade wizard for WebDir, please send an email to support@imanami.com.  The upgrade wizard has very little impact to the multiple virtual servers thate you currently have in place.  It is virtually seamless.  We will include with the link to download the Release Notes for the SR2 release, which will provide you with instructions on using the WebDir upgrade wizard.
