PRB: WebDir is not setting the mDBUseDefaults attribute during mailbox creation

| Symptom |
|
When creating an mailbox using WebDir the mDBUseDefaults attribute is not set during this process. However, if you create a mailbox using Active Directory Users and Computer it will set the mDBUseDefaults attribute to "True" during the process. |
| Cause |
|
This is caused by how WebDir programmatically creates the mailbox for Active Directory accounts.

| Resolution |
| Imanami has confirmed this to be an issue with the above referenced product. This issue will be resolved in WebDir 5.0. |
