I'm new to WebDir, and having some trouble configuring a Workflow that will allow users to change their job titles, but alert managers to the change. I created a very specific rule for testing, checked the box that was supposed to alert managers instead of the default e-mail address, and made a change - and the e-mail was sent to the default e-mail address. In fact, all changes began generating alerts at that point, regardless of whether the change had anything to do with the workflow rule, so I deleted the rule and started poring over the documentation again.
So what am I missing?
