    ERR: WebDir Internal Error – TemplateSearchControlBase.DumpSearchForm

    This article applies to:

    o    WebDir 4.0

    Symptom

    When adding a manager to My properties > Organization Tab by clicking on the Manager button.

    Cause

    Removal of the “Recipients” search form template in the design node.

    Workaround

    ·         Write “Recipients” search form on design.xml.

    Additional Information


    ·         Ensure Service account name should always be without \slash, space or dash on

    Admin Interface by going to WebDir system Manager > Security tab > Default windows account Domain to ABC instead ABC\administrator

    ·         Check Permissions of the Service Account.

    ·         Check if the service account a member of the domain administrators group or

    have you limited the permissions using the ADUC (Active Directory Users & Computers) delegation wizard. 

    ·         On webdir system manager >  click on Directory tab to check if the delegated permissions to the service account are accurately pointed.
