To hide the "create group" link in the toolbar menu of the web page, please follow the steps provided below:
1. Open the WebDir System Manager console.
2. Under the Server node, select the "Settings" tab.
3. Click on the "Add" button to display the add setting dialog box.
4. Click on the dropdown arrow for the "Key" field, then select "Toolbar.ShowNewGroup" from the menu. This is the key used to hide the link.
5. In the value field, type the number zero as the value. Click on the OK button to close the dialog box.
6. In the WebDir System Manager console, select "File->Save" or click on the "Floppy Disk" icon to apply the change.
7. Log into WebDir as a regular user.
Please note: The setting above will not remove the link from view when you are logged in as a "WebDir Administrator".
