Problem:
When creating a new mailbox in Webdir, a list of Mailbox Storage Groups is displayed but not all the Mailbox Storage Groups of the organization are being displayed.
Cause:
WebDir can display Mailbox Storage Groups of a single forest only. Those Storage Groups that are not being displayed while creating a new Mailbox, belong to another forest.
