Not suer where to look for this.  I currenlty have over 200 imported smartDL's from an outside data source of V_hr_nonsensitive_data.  They recently have added a new vew to replace the current view i have.  THe new view is going to be called V_hr_nonsensitive_data_intl.  What I am looking for is a way to update all these queries without having to manually touch each one of them to add the _intl to the current file path. Is thate a way to export/import the queries?

Hi Mary Jo,

You can import/export from the query designer.

SmartDL stores its queries in the extensionData attribute.  You can use LDIFDE to export extensionData but extensiondata is encoded byte array making it difficult for humans to read.

We are working on a PowerShell snap-in so you can easly do these operations from a script but it won't be available for some time.

The first option is probably the best bet.
