How do I change the design of creating new users to the following : 

When creating new users, the logon name auto populates with users last
name and 1st initial of first name. Can that be changed so that it uses
first.last name?

Same issue with email entry box, we have to retype in the whole name.

Unfortunately, the new user creation process in WebDir 4.0 cannot be modified.  I have logged this request on our product roadmap and it will be considered for a future release.  I will post back when the feature has been implmeneted.
