PRB: All buttons on the SmartDL tab are disabled or greyed out

| Symptom |
| All the buttons under the SmartDL tab are disabled or greyed out when you open the properties of a SmartDL group or dynasty. |
| Cause |
|
The SmartDL group or dynasty's membership is hidden from the address book. |
| Resolution |
| To resolve the issue, please uncheck the "hide membership from address book" checkbox located under the Exchange Advanced tab of the group or dynasty that is experiencing the issue. This is by design. |
