PRB: Two notifications are sent when a group is created

| Symptom |
| A new object notification and a change notification is sent when a group is created using WebDir. |
| Cause |
This occurs because WebDir will create the group and then perform an update on two attributes (ms-Exch-Report-To-Owner and ms=Exch-Report-To-Originator) of the group not set during group creation process.

| Resolution |
| This issue will be resolved in a future release of WebDir. Imanami has confirmed this to be an issue with the above referenced product. |
