PRB: Nested groups are ophaned when membership is reduced

| Symptom |
| A SmartDL will break into nested groups based on the amount of members allowed per group that has been established under the Tools->Option menu in the SmartDL console. If the membership is reduced, SmartDL will not delete the empty list. Instead, it will orphan the original list and when the membership increases it will create new groups with the same name as the orphaned list. |
| Resolution |
| The issue above is resolved in SmartDL 4.0. Please download the current release from our website by clicking on the following link: http://www.imanami.com/download/ |
